In this role, you will provide meaningful support to seniors in the comfort of their own homes, helping them feel safe, valued, and cared for. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about improving the quality of life for seniors and those in need, and who takes pride in offering respectful, personalized care. As a Home Care Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference every day by promoting independence, dignity, and comfort. Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide incontinence care while maintaining client comfort, dignity, and cleanliness Assist with mobility, repositioning, and transfers as needed Meal preparation Provide medication reminders as directed Light housekeeping Monitor client condition and report any changes or concerns Offer companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience Experience with personal care, transfers, and incontinence care required Experience providing care to seniors with dementia or Alzheimer's disease preferred Dependable, caring, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic Compassionate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans, document care provided, and report changes in client condition Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of care Reliable transportation Current HCA registration (or ability to obtain) preferred Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely Availability Requirement Part-time availability Monday through Sunday Flexible availability, including weekends, preferred Join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve!
