Job Description

Job Overview We are urgently hiring compassionate Caregivers (Personal Care Attendants) to provide non-medical care and companionship to clients in their private residences. You will assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) due to advanced age, physical disability, or mental deficiency—enabling them to live safely and comfortably at home.

Language Requirement:
Fluent in English; Additional roles also available for bi-lingual ( Korean-speaking) caregivers
Job Type:
Full-Time / Part-Time /
Hourly Pay Rate:
$20.00 - $22.00 / hr
Schedule:
Flexible shifts available (Day, Evening, Weekend)
Responsibilities Hygiene & Routines:
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and bathroom assistance.
Mobility:
Mobility support using patient transfer methods (canes, walkers, wheelchairs); training available for Hoyer lifts and patient transfer methods.
Nutrition & Support:
Meal prep, special diets, feeding, companionship, errands, transport to appointments, and emotional support.
Light Housekeeping:
Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping, dishes, laundry, and cleaning bathrooms for the client. Strictly non-medical caregiver scope only. Duties do not include nursing care, invasive procedures, medication administration, or taking vital signs.
Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience:
High school diploma/GED; prior PCA/Caregiver experience or CNA preferred.
Physical & Driving:
Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must have the ability to travel long distances via automobile and possess a valid driver's license for driving assignments. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration; accurate documentation. Experience working within HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality of patient information.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
