JOB DESCRIPTION

All Together We Can, LLC (ATWC) is a Supported Living Services (SLS) agency vendored through multiple California regional centers — SCLARC, ELARC, RCOC, and the Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center — serving adults with developmental disabilities. We help each person live in a home of their own, not a facility, with support available up to 24 hours a day. We are hiring caring, dependable Direct Support Professionals / SLS Trainers to teach practical, life-changing skills side by side with the people we serve — in their homes and out in the community, never in a center. What you'll do every day: Teach independent living skills: meal planning, shopping, safe cooking, and housekeeping Support money management, banking, and budgeting Help schedule and attend medical and dental appointments Assist with self-administration of medications per physician orders Coach self-advocacy and personal rights Support community life — recreation, events, public transit, and building real friendships and family connections Promote home and community safety Document services on our digital forms platform (no paper chase) Why join

Requirements:
18 years or older Pass a criminal background check and reference checks First Aid and CPR certification (must be completed before providing direct services — we help you get certified) Complete 20 hours of initial training before assisting a consumer, plus 20 additional hours within the first four weeks (provided and paid by ATWC) Reliable transportation preferred Patience, dependability, and genuine respect for the people we serve ATWC is an equal opportunity employer.
