Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking energetic and compassionate YVAP Support Staff to join our dedicated team in delivering vital support to neurodiverse youth and young adults in the Yampa Valley. YVAP is committed to providing an environment that fosters positive development, ensures safety, and promotes well-being for individuals with diverse needs. Our program offers individualized programs that empower our students to develop essential life skills and build confidence in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Include:

Working directly with students and clients Tracking IEP, DVR, and program goals Communicating with parents and students Organizing activities and schedules Maintaining client safety and supervision

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently Background check required CNA, nursing, or medical support experience is a plus (wheelchair mobility, feeding tubes, and higher medical support needs)
