Responsibilities As a Patient Care Assistant, you will: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including meals, mobility, positioning, and personal care. Help serve meals and provide feeding assistance when needed. Monitor and record vital signs, intake, and output. Answer call lights and respond to resident requests promptly. Transport residents as needed throughout the facility. Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team. Provide comfort, companionship, and compassionate support to residents. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong communication and listening skills. Compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Willingness to obtain Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification through our employer-sponsored training program.
