HHA - Home Health Aide Interim Personal Care Services Winter Park, FL Job Details Part-time | PRN | Per diem $18 - $19 an hour 10 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Certified Home Health Aide Full Job Description Job description: Now hiring dedicated and compassionate HHA's for the overnight shift to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide compassionate, non-medical support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
HHA to assist and train patients/clients and families in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, skin care, oral hygiene, toileting, and ensuring adequate nutritional intake. HHA to assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises. Support incidental/instructional activities of daily living, including shopping, meal preparation, socialization, homemaking, and maintaining a clean, safe physical environment. HHA to provide medication reminders as needed. HHA to accurately document observations, activities, and services provided in a timely manner. Complete mandatory in-services and submit requested documents to keep team member files up to date. Respect and honor patient rights at all times. Adhere to attendance protocol, reporting to work on time as scheduled and attending required training and team meetings. Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, courteous demeanor while performing tasks.
Background Checks:
A criminal history background check and sex offender registry check will be required for the finalist under consideration for this position.
