Job Description Assist the Superintendent with daily field operations and project coordination. Manage subcontractor activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Support project scheduling, site logistics, and workforce planning. Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation. Enforce company safety standards and healthcare-specific construction protocols. Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements. Work closely with hospital staff, project teams, and subcontractors in occupied environments. The Successful Applicant 3+ years of construction experience with exposure to healthcare projects. Experience supporting active hospital, medical office, clinical, or healthcare renovation work. Strong understanding of occupied renovation projects and phasing requirements. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage competing priorities Knowledge of ICRA, ILSM, ASHE, and other healthcare construction standards. Experience working within active healthcare facilities. OSHA 30 certification. Proficiency with construction technology and project management software.
