Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent. Incontinence Care Previous experience in caregiving, preferably in a home care setting. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and their families. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards the elderly and individuals with disabilities. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred). Must pass a national and state background check including GA Dept. of Health Fingerprinting A current negative TB Test result. Georgia state CNA License or PCA certification. First Aid and CPR certification (required).

Responsibilities :

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide assistance with mobility, transferring, and positioning as needed. Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required. Medications reminders. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Escort clients to appointments, errands, and social outings. Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition.
