As we expand across seven distinct regions, I am searching for dedicated Preceptors who have a heart for service, a passion for coaching, and a desire for a career that genuinely warms their heart. What this role is about The role of the professional homecare preceptor is unique and essential to the health outcomes of the client by creating predictable client experience for each new client as well as already existing clients within your assigned rejoin. You'll help support caregivers, and step in when your team needs guidance or coverage. Because we care for clients with varying and sometimes complex health and mobility needs, Preceptors must be experienced, adaptable, and comfortable providing hands-on care in different home care situations. You are not just filling shifts — you are helping create consistency, confidence, and stability for the people we serve and the people we employ. Schedule Full-time, Part time Assigned to a specific region/territory (See regions below) Expected to work every other weekend, every other holiday Must be willing to take call, provide backup support, and help cover urgent team needs when needed

Pay:

$20-30 per hour What you'll do On-boarding of new clients On-boarding of new staff to the clients Fill in shifts in events of calls offs, no shows and emergencies. After hours administrative work
