Job Description

Join the Community Day Services (CDS) team at Shelby County Community Services (SCCS)! Our program serves approximately 60 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through activity-based programming that promotes independence, community involvement, friendships, and meaningful experiences. As a DSP, you'll support adults with developmental disabilities by: Assisting with community outings and activities Encouraging independence and personal growth Helping with meals and feeding when needed Assisting with personal care, restroom assistance, and occasional showering Assisting with transfers and mobility support Participating in activity-based programming Working alongside a compassionate, supportive team

Pay:

$17.95 per hour
