Days Evenings Overnights Weekends Up to 12-hour shifts This is a PRN (as-needed) position with the opportunity to regularly work 40+ hours per week based on your availability and client needs. What You'll Do As a Caregiver or Home Health Aide, you'll help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by providing: Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming Companionship and emotional support Meal preparation Medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Transportation to appointments and errands Mobility assistance and safe transfers Fall prevention and client safety Documentation of care provided Communication with clients, families, and the care team This Position Is Perfect For You If You... ✔ Enjoy helping others ✔ Prefer one-on-one care instead of facility work ✔ Want a flexible schedule ✔ Are dependable and compassionate ✔ Want the opportunity to pick up additional hours ✔ Enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients Qualifications Home Health Aide (HHA) 1 year or more experience Active Indiana Home Health Aide Certification Additional Requirements Current CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray Valid Driver's License Reliable, insured vehicle Ability to pass a criminal background check Ability to pass a drug screening Why BrightStar Care?
