Rivercrest Place Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable team member to provide high-quality support to residents during overnight hours. In this role, you will help create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment while assisting with daily living needs and responding promptly to resident requests. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful work, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering person-centered care. Responsibilities Provide attentive and respectful support to residents during the overnight shift. Assist with personal care needs in accordance with individual care plans and established procedures. Respond to resident call lights, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner. Support residents with mobility, transfers, and other routine activities as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the shift. Monitor resident well-being and report changes, concerns, or incidents to the appropriate team members. Document care activities and observations accurately and in a timely manner. Follow safety, infection control, and privacy guidelines at all times. Collaborate with nursing and other care team members to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing respectful care. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow care plans, policies, and safety procedures. Dependable and able to work overnight hours consistently. Ability to manage physical tasks associated with resident support. Basic computer or documentation skills preferred.
