Job Description

Job Overview Position Summary The Support Staff member provides flexible assistance throughout the center to help classrooms and daily operations run safely and smoothly

Responsibilities Classroom Support:

Assist teachers with classroom management, activities, transitions, routines, supervision, and maintaining required ratios.

Cleaning & Organization:

Help keep classrooms and the center clean, sanitary, and organized. Complete cleaning duties throughout the center as required and assigned by administration.

Front Door & Family Support:

Answer and open the front door, warmly greet parents and children, assist with arrival and dismissal, and direct questions or concerns to administration.

Transportation Support:

Assist van drivers on school runs by supervising children, helping with car seats/booster seats, attendance, belongings, and appropriate van behavior.

Center-Wide Support:

Float wherever assistance is needed, including covering teacher breaks, helping classrooms, preparing materials, assisting with special activities, and completing other duties assigned by administration.

Pay:

$16.50 per hour
