No Experience Required - Paid Training Provided The Vicarage By The Sea is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of elders living with dementia. Paid Certifications While working with us, you can earn: Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) Certified Dementia Care Provider (DCPA/CDP) Training is fully paid, and pay increases are provided after certification . Responsibilities As part of our care team, you will help residents live comfortably and safely while maintaining their dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include:
