HOME HEALTH AIDES

in a variety of locations throughout Northeast Michigan! For this position, we are looking for someone near Au Gres, MI and the surrounding areas _ We're looking for aides with some experience who are compassionate, hard-working, and want to make a difference in another person's life! Pay is $17.50 per hour with mileage/drive time extra reimbursement! Job duties include :

• -Providing competent personal care for clients depending on their needs
• -Assisting with mobility and transfers per client needs;
• -Providing housekeeping duties as needed
• -Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition according to each client's needs
• -Transporting clients or performing errands as needed
• -Maintaining appropriate documentation as required by the agency
• -Reminding clients of medications
• -Orientation/training on new clients and care needs

Requirements:

• -Some recent home care experience working with mobility issues and assisting with personal care
• -Ability to reach fully, stand on your feet for long periods, and walk without impediment.
• -Ability to utilize an app on your phone as required by the state.
• Must be able to work rotational weekends!
• -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• -Must have valid Michigan auto insurance on vehicle
• -Must be reliable and show a good work ethic
• -Must agree to background and reference checks
• -Must agree to random drug testing
• -Must be able to bend fully, lift up to 25 lbs, reach fully, use steps, and drive without restriction.

Job Types:

$17.50 per hour
