Job Description
Faith based organization looking for caring individuals to assist with the day-to-day living supports of special needs adults, 32-40 hours per week, 1st shift(6am-2pm Saturdays/Sundays), 2nd shift(2pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am)availability. Weekends only position also available. Potential candidates must and have a desire and passion to serve others. This is an on-site role for a Direct Support Professional located in Clio, MI. The Direct Support Professional will provide direct care and support to individuals with physical, intellectual, and/or developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and facilitating social and recreational activities. Must be able to pass pre-employment physical which includes drug screening. Position is very physical with hands on work. You need to be physically capable to perform all job duties.
