What You'll Do As a Preschool Classroom Aide, you'll help create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom where children can learn, grow, and build the skills they need for kindergarten success. In this role, you will: Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.

Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

Assist with classroom activities, behavior support, and daily operations.

Partner with families through communication, conferences, and home visits.

Promote children's health, safety, and overall well-being.

Collaborate with teachers and staff to support school readiness goals.
