Regional Direct Support Professional (Full-Time)Join Tactical Care's Regional Support Team Are you an experienced Direct Support Professional looking for guaranteed full-time hours, variety, and the opportunity to make a difference across multiple residential programs? Tactical Care is seeking dependable, experienced professionals to join our Regional Support Team. This position is designed for individuals who are flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in different locations. This is not a position assigned to one specific home. As a Regional Direct Support Professional, your assigned work location will vary and may change based on the operational and staffing needs of our organization. You will provide support where you are needed most to help ensure quality care and continuity of services across our programs. What We Offer Guaranteed 40 hours per week Competitive pay based on experience Paid training Mileage reimbursement between assigned work locations Consistent full-time employment with a supportive leadership team Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high-quality direct support to individuals in residential settings. Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, household tasks, and community activities. Promote independence while respecting each individual's dignity, choices, and personal goals. Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Follow individual support plans and behavior support strategies. Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other members of the support team. Provide coverage at multiple Tactical Care locations based on operational and staffing needs. Travel between assigned work locations and adapt quickly to different homes, teams, and individuals served. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for the individuals we serve. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we support at all times. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Previous Direct Support Professional experience is required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation. Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study. Excellent attendance, reliability, and professionalism. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing as a member of a team. Comfortable working in multiple locations and adapting to changing schedules and staffing needs. Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
