The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an adult foster care home while providing hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with disabilities and mental health needs. This position combines leadership, staff supervision, administrative responsibilities, and direct care . The Site Supervisor will oversee and support assigned staff, ensure required documentation and medication procedures are completed accurately, maintain a safe and organized home, coordinate with guardians, case managers, families, nursing staff, and other members of the individual's support team, and ensure services are provided according to each individual's plans and needs. This is a hands-on leadership position. Site Supervisors are expected to lead by example, work directly with individuals, assist with daily living skills and community activities, respond appropriately to behavioral or crisis situations, and help ensure the site operates safely and effectively.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, approximately 9:00 AM-4:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the needs of the individuals and staffing needs. Some evenings, weekends, or additional hours may be required. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and compassionate leader who communicates effectively, holds staff accountable, manages competing priorities, and is committed to providing high-quality, person-centered services.
