Weekend Direct Support Specialist $19.00/hour | Saturday & Sunday | 8-12 Hour Shifts | No Experience Required Looking for meaningful weekend work where you can make a real difference? We are seeking a caring, dependable, and compassionate Weekend Direct Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support to individuals in their daily lives while helping create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. The best part? You don't need prior experience. We provide training! What You'll Do As a Weekend Direct Support Specialist, you will help individuals with important daily activities, including: Providing support with bathing and personal care Assisting with toileting Preparing meals and supporting mealtime routines Cleaning and maintaining a comfortable living environment Promoting safety and monitoring the well-being of the individuals we support Providing respectful, compassionate, person-centered support Following care plans, policies, and safety procedures Assisting with medication administration according to established procedures Daily Documention on clients What We're Looking For No previous experience required! We're looking for people who are: Compassionate and patient Dependable and responsible Comfortable providing hands-on personal care Willing to learn and complete required training Able to follow directions and safety procedures Respectful of the dignity, privacy, and independence of others Reliable and committed to their weekend schedule
