Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Home Health Aide for our Assisted Living facility.
Schedule:
We currently have Part-Time AM and PM opportunities available with set schedules ranging from 17.25 to 48 hours per pay period. Position includes weekdays and every other weekend. There are also On-Call openings available for candidates seeking flexibility. This role is expected to work at least 2 shifts every 30 days and 1 holiday per year.

Responsibilities The Home Health Aide is a key team member who provides direct personal care to our residents to help esure their dignity and quality of life. Under the supervision of a RN the Home Health Aide assists residents to complete activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfering, giving medications and feeding. Qualifications Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and documentation. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency, accuracy and competency in assistance with medication administration on a consistent basis. Ability to work independently and dependably to efficiently deliver care to meet residents needs. Ability to work with residents from diverse backgrounds.
