Performance Responsibilities and Standards:
1. Provide services following the Amada Plan of Care. 2. Proficient use health care (Hoyer lift) Shower equipment and safety supplies. 3. Meet requirements of Caregiver job description. 4. Report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor. 5. Accurately document services and submit documentation in a timely manner, per agency policy. 6. Committed to enriching lives by providing, nurturing, compassionate non-medical in-home care.
