Job Description

Action Health Staffing seeks compassionate caregivers to provide Medicaid-funded homecare services to clients across North Carolina. In this role, you'll assist with personal care, basic health monitoring, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and safe mobility support in clients' homes. You'll follow care plans, document services, and communicate regularly with our office and clinical team.
