Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by checking vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature regularly Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety Help with meal preparation and feeding to promote proper nutrition and hydration Utilize specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts and resident's to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and adhering to infection control protocols Observe residents closely for changes in condition or behavior, documenting findings accurately for care teams Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, or nursing home environments Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia, memory care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and HIPAA compliance are highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate mobility aids like Hoyer lifts effectively Strong patient observation skills to monitor health status and respond promptly to emergencies Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams, residents, and families Experience in creating or following detailed care plans and assisting with medication management Join us if you're eager to bring energy, compassion, and professionalism into every interaction. Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
