As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Adult Residential North program, you'll empower individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life. Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation. We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Meet Alyssa Qualifications We're Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:
Are 18 years of age or older Possess a high school diploma or GED Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills Have the ability and willingness to work weekends Have a current driver's license in good standing
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
