Takes Job Summary:
As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will play a crucial role in delivering essential support to clients, assisting them with their daily personal care needs, household tasks, and health-related activities. This position requires a compassionate nature, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent care while promoting a safe and comfortable environment for clients. 5
Major Job Functions:
Personal Care and Companionship Health Monitoring and Mobility Assistance Household Support Documentation Interdisciplinary Collaboration Education and Experience Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification preferred. Previous experience as a home health aide, caregiver, or in a similar role is highly desirable. Understanding of basic healthcare practices, hygiene, and safety protocols. Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Compensation:
$15.00 - $18.00 an hour
