Marquis Home Care is currently seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide quality care to clients in their homes. Compensation Non-Driver Rates PCA:
$18.65 per hour
HHA:
$20.50 per hour Driver with
Reliable Vehicle Rates PCA:
$20.00 per hour
HHA:
$22.00 per hour Sign-On Bonus/Referral Bonus $300 Sign-On Bonus for eligible new hires. Must take a case and remain active for 30 days Refer Two Friends & Earn $1,000. Refer two friends or caregivers who accept a case and remain active for 30 days, and you'll earn a $1,000 referral bonus . Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Flexible scheduling options Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance Provide support with household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry Ensure client safety and proper use of equipment, including wheelchairs, oxygen equipment, side rails, and other assistive devices Accurately document services provided in accordance with agency policies and procedures Report changes in client condition, incidents, or concerns to the RN Supervisor promptly Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of client information and records Adhere to agency dress code, personal hygiene standards, and professional conduct expectations Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and commitment to quality care Participate in supervisory and care team processes as required by New York State regulations Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising nurse Qualifications PCA or HHA certification preferred but not required Entry-level candidates welcome to apply Compassionate, professional, and dependable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while following a care plan Start a meaningful career where you can make a difference every day.
