The Arc Greater Hudson Valley is currently recruiting for Direct Support Professionals to join their Residential Team. As a Direct Support Professional in our Residential program you will be providing individualized, person-centered, skills training and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. This position is great for those who want to come to work and make a difference in people's lives every day.

Schedule :

1st (7a-3p) 2nd (3p-11pm) 3rd (11p-7a) Shifts, includes weekends and holidays

Hourly Pay:

Start your day by assisting the people we support get ready for their day, greet them when they come home after attending program or working at their community-based job, working together to prepare dinner and clean up, assist them getting ready for bed and doing household chores. That being a direct support professional you can be paid to do things such as: Camping, vacations, gardening, picnics, day trips, assisting the individual's in achieving goals, and being a part of community involvement If you work 30+ hours per week as a Full Time Staff, you are also eligible for paid time off - 33 days!!!
