Hourly Pay:
$17.50/hour, Fri-Sun +$2.00/hour
All Shifts:
PT/FT, weekends
Williston Campus Home:
1st Shift (6a-10a/6a-2p), 2nd Shift (2p-10p), 3rd Shift (10p-6a) - must train on 1st or 2nd for the first 90 days in order to transition to 3rd shift
Community Home (locations in Lucas, Wood & Ottawa counties): 2nd & 3rd shift Benefits

Raises at 90 days and 1 year What You'll Do
Develop meaningful relationships based on trust and respect.
Teach and assist individuals in activities of daily living.
Be alert and know where individuals are at all times per their supervision levels.
Engage individuals in activities in their home and community.
Provide personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing and other personal hygiene needs.
Lift and assist with movement/walking needs of individuals.
Complete required documentation, correctly and legibly.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Cleaning, meal prep & laundry. What We Require A heart for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Campus Home o Age 18 or older o Pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening
Community Home o Age 21 or older o 1 year or > experience o Driver's license (= 4 pts), reliable transportation and auto insurance o High school diploma or GED o Pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening About Luther Home of Mercy Luther Home of Mercy is dedicated to assisting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living the life they choose.
Established in 1928, they provide residential support to adults in 25 homes throughout Ottawa, Lucas and Wood counties. These include 8 homes at our Williston campus and 17 homes in the community.
