Full Job Description Job Summary Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalized care and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to clients, including assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring proper body mechanics and safety precautions
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding according to dietary guidelines
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and promote social interaction
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and respect client confidentiality
• Follow established care plans and document client progress

Requirements:

• Previous experience in senior care, working with people with developmental disabilities, or home care is preferred
• Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices
• Familiarity with resident rights and advocacy
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages
• Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Help our members; the elderly and disabled clients remain independent in their own homes.

Job duties may include:

Provide compassionate companionship to patients, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, meal preparation, and other personal care assistance per individual care plan.
