Job Description
Overnight 3rd Direct Support Awake $22.50 Resting $19.00 Summary The Awake Overnight DSP is responsible for remaining alert and available throughout the shift while providing assistance as needed to ensure each individual's health, safety, and overall wellbeing . A Resting Overnight DSP provides care and supervision for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities during the night. While a private sleeping area is provided, the DSP remains on-site to assist with scheduled nighttime needs, personal care, and any developing needs. Key Responsibilities Remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the shift. Provide personal care and support while ensuring individuals' health, safety, and well-being. Follow individualized care plans and report concerns to nursing staff or management. Administer medications and treatments according to policy and training. Complete assigned household tasks and accurately document overnight activities. Promote respectful, positive interactions with individuals, families, coworkers, and community partners. Attend required trainings and meetings and maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years old; High School Diploma or GED; Valid driver's license with a good driving record Compensation & Job Opportunities 3rd
