Schedule Flexible Schedule ➡ Schedule will be discussed during the interview and coordinated with the participant's authorized hours. Client Needs & Responsibilities Provide personal care and daily assistance as needed Support individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities Assist with companionship and community engagement Help with daily routines and household tasks as needed Encourage independence while maintaining a safe and supportive environment Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home What We're Looking For Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred Must be dependable, compassionate, and reliable (attendance is critical) Immediate start available Strong communication skills Comfortable working independently in a home setting Must be pet friendly Must have a reliable personal vehicle (REQUIRED - Uber, Lyft, taxis, and other ride-share services do not qualify.)
