What You'll Do Support daily living activities such as personal care, cooking, and household tasks Help individuals achieve personal goals through individualized support plans Encourage and assist with community involvement, appointments, and social activities Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation Build strong, respectful relationships with individuals and team members Advocate for each person's independence, preferences, and rights Tools & Technology You'll be equipped with the tools you need to succeed, including: Electronic records systems Communication tools (phone, secure messaging, email) Adaptive equipment for mobility and daily living Agency vehicles and household resources Paid training and ongoing professional development Schedule Options We offer flexible opportunities in a 24/7 care environment: Evening shifts Overnight shifts Weekend shifts Flexible scheduling may be available to fit your lifestyle. Pay & Benefits We value your work and reward your commitment: Starting pay: $15.80/hour Shift differential pay opportunities Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (after 60 days) 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid training and career growth opportunities What You Bring We're looking for compassionate, dependable people who want to make a difference: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background and drug screening Ability to lift, push wheelchairs, assist with transfers, etc. Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, empathy, and a commitment to person-centered care High school diploma or GED Experience is a plus but not required.
