- Job Overview
- We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in various settings such as group homes, nursing homes, and home care environments.
- Duties
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Provide patient observation and report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and ensure individuals' health and safety
- Engage individuals in social activities and provide emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with meal planning if needed
- Support individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals and independence
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care or working with people with disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of nursing home or group home operations is a plus
- Ability to cook and prepare meals for individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor

Job Types:

$14.25- $16.
