17.00/Hour About the Individual The individual is blind but is very independent and able to complete most daily activities on her own. Her primary goal is to get out into the community, participate in activities, and become more involved socially and recreationally. Essential Skills Required Providing transportation and support for community outings and activities Assisting the individual with safely navigating community environments Helping identify and participate in activities based on her interests Encouraging independence, choice, and community involvement Providing Personal Assistance as needed Completing required service documentation Clocking in/out in a timely manner
