Job Overview CC Care LLC is looking for a reliable, energetic, and compassionate DSP to provide 1:1 support to an individual with a developmental disability. This is an active position . A significant portion of the shift will be spent out in the community , helping the individual participate in activities, build independence, practice social skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences.

What the position includes:

Frequent community outings and activities Providing individualized 1:1 support Encouraging independence and social interaction Transportation/support while accessing the community Helping maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home Routine household cleaning and tidying during the shift Supporting daily living skills as needed Completing required documentation Maintaining safety and professional boundaries We're looking for someone who is: ✓ Dependable and punctual ✓ Active and enjoys getting out into the community ✓ Willing to clean and help maintain the home ✓ Patient, compassionate, and engaging ✓ Comfortable working independently ✓ Professional and responsible Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
