Residential Care Giver (DSP) - Stanley Va Full-Time with Benefits We are seeking a passionate and dependable caregiver (Direct Support Professional) to help our folks live out their best lives. Join Shen-Paco and make a meaningful difference every day by supporting adults with disabilities in achieving greater independence and community involvement.
Schedule Evenings:
2P - 11P and every other weekend 9A - 9P (Saturday & Sunday). What You'll Do Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and daily living activities, Cook meals, and do light housekeeping Transport and oversee individuals in community activities. Support individuals in reaching goals outlined in their personal plan. Administer medications and maintain required documentation and daily notes. Ensure the health, safety, dignity, and rights of individuals supported. Help create a welcoming, home-like environment. Why Join Shen-Paco? Requirements:
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have a valid driver's license. Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication and teamwork abilities, along with basic computer skills.
