POSITION SUMMARY

Starting pay includes $8/hr extra on short shifts plus bonuses. Daily 1pm-3pm shifts with weekend premiums. Immediate openings available.

Compensation Overview:

Competitive base pay plus shift length bonuses $8/hour added for short shifts (1-3 hours) $100 bonus every 100 hours worked Vehicle and employee referral bonuses Time-and-a-half holiday and overtime pay Accrued hourly PTO for all caregivers

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on care including safe transfers, hygiene support, meal prep, medication reminders, and transportation Ensure reliable coverage of scheduled shifts: Elm Grove 1pm-3pm, including weekends
