Key Responsibilities Behavioral Care & Safety:

Daily Support & Advocacy:

Assist residents with activities of daily livingincluding hygiene, dressing, and meal preparationwhile protecting their individual rights and treating them with absolute dignity.

Shift Dependability:

Maintain a clean, comfortable, homelike environment and remain on duty at program locations until relief staff arrives to ensure resident safety.

Qualifications Age & Education:

Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.

Skills & Resilience:

Comfort working under stressful conditions, managing physical crisis situations, and communicating effectively in English to complete daily logs.
