Thank you for viewing this post with interest. I am a Chiropractor her in Gillette Wyoming and we are seeking a punctual, pleasant and persistent health care assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to training in all job duties from assisting patients in day to day rehabilitation or modalities to taking out trash or answering phone calls and demonstrate proficiency in providing essential support within clinical settings. As a health care assistant in my clinic, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, assisting patients, and ensuring compliance with health regulation policies. This position offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to patient recovery and health management while working in a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities Show up on time, all of the time. Be coachable in clinic processes and learn the current systems in place. Help in all duties of the clinic including cleaning, taking trash out etc. Be a team player and communicate openly with staff. Be pleasant in conversation with patients and help them with needs being treated. Show up ready to work, with clean scrubs (provided), clean hair, good hygiene, and positive attitude. Be a beacon of health Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality of all patient records and medical data. Skills Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems for documentation and data management. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, for effective patient support. Hands on experience is preferred but not essential Familiarity with health regulation policies such as HIPAA to ensure compliance with privacy standards. Excellent communication skills for interacting empathetically with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism at all times. Typing greater than 45 words per minute I am going to do interviewing a little differently than most likely what you have experienced before. I am going to host a group interview. I will hold a group interview for those who feel they are qualified for this position. I would ask that those interested still apply though here so I can see your resume and also use that as an RSVP. The second group interview will occur on 9/1/2026 at my clinic (900 Ez street, suite 120 / Gillette wy 82718). I will spend the first 15 minutes talking about the roll, my clinic and myself and those interested in staying for a one on one interview will then have a 5 minutes private interview. I will start the group interview at 4:00pm and you can expect to be here up to an hour depending on how many people show up. I will limit the event to the first 20 applicants that RSVP so I can ensure time. If no applicants are picked I will host a third group interview. The first group interview had a filled list of applicants, yet no one showed up.

Pay:
