Job Description

Premium Health at Home is looking for a Homemaker. If you are self-motivated and independent, this is a job for you with competitive wages and a flexible work environment. We provide direct patient care, provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings including assistance with daily living activities. Monitor and document patient vital signs. Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate medical documentation. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient service and support.
