The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and experiments, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in laboratory procedures, with a focus on chemistry and microbiology. Duties
Conduct quality control laboratory tests according to set guidelines on juice, concentrate, and tankers
Interpret data to ensure accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
Maintain accurate records and documentation of laboratory tests and experiments
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
Participate in quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure the quality of laboratory results. Skills
Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques.
Familiarity with FDA regulations and GLP procedures.
Experience with chemistry and microbiology
Proficiency in laboratory techniques
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience with mathematical calculations and data analysis. Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Proficiency in laboratory procedures in chemistry and microbiology
