Job Description

Schedule:

Full-time hours, 40 hours per week

Qualifications and Experience:

Active certification as a Medical Technician or Medical Technologist Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field Proficiency in a variety of laboratory procedures and the use of current lab equipment Strong understanding of quality control and safety protocols within a clinical laboratory Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments and demonstrate excellent organizational skills Effective communication skills for collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other staff Previous hospital or clinical laboratory experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic testing, analysis, and reporting according to established protocols Collect, process, and analyze blood, tissue, and bodily fluid samples Maintain lab equipment, ensure calibration, and troubleshoot technical issues Follow all laboratory regulatory compliance requirements and documentation procedures Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver timely, accurate lab results Adhere to all health, safety, and infection control guidelines
