• Product Development Technician / Tech 2, Mechanical Engineering
• Location:
• Brea, CA 92821, 100% On-site
• Pay Range:
• $28-$35/hr
• What's the Job?
• + Perform laboratory testing by executing designed test protocols and accurately documenting and communicating results.

+ Provide technical support to engineers, including prototype processes, test setups, and routine technical assignments.

+ Gather, maintain, compile, and analyze technical data, including laboratory and material test results.

+ Support general laboratory activities, including equipment calibration, qualification, routine maintenance, and safety procedures.

+ Prepare technical documentation, reports, drawings, flow charts, block diagrams, schematics, and quantitative summaries.

• What's Needed?
• + High School Diploma with 4-6 years of laboratory or technician experience in a regulated environment; alternatively, a Bachelor of Science in a technical field with 1-2+ years of laboratory/R D experience is preferred.

+ Experience following written procedures and executing designed test procedures or protocols.

+ Ability to accurately document and communicate laboratory and test results.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, laboratory personnel, and cross-functional teams.

+ Computer proficiency and the ability to work safely with laboratory equipment, test samples, and chemicals.
