Medical, Dental, AD&D (Life Insurance) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team in Lindsay, CA. The Lab Technician will support daily laboratory operations by collecting and testing samples, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all testing procedures meet company quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing or food production environment and are committed to producing accurate results. Typical lab technician responsibilities include preparing samples, performing routine testing, maintaining laboratory equipment, and following quality control procedures. Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, prepare, label, and test product samples according to company procedures.

Perform routine laboratory testing and record accurate test results.

Maintain detailed laboratory logs and documentation.

Operate, clean, and calibrate laboratory equipment.

Monitor product quality and report any out-of-specification results to supervisors.

Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and laboratory safety procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.

Assist with inventory of laboratory supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing.

Work closely with Quality Assurance and Production teams to ensure product quality.

Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.

Previous laboratory, quality control, or food manufacturing experience is preferred.

Basic computer and data entry skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. As needed. Why Join Us?
