• 8pm About the role: Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
• STAT Laboratory We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Scientist to perform diagnostic testing, maintain quality control, verify patient results, and ensure rapid STAT turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities Perform testing in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, and basic blood banking. Meet STAT turnaround time requirements. Perform quality control, instrument calibration, and troubleshooting. Verify and report patient results in the Laboratory Information System (LIS). Communicate critical results promptly to healthcare providers. Follow CLIA, CAP, OSHA, and laboratory safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field. Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license. Minimum one year of clinical laboratory experience; hospital or STAT lab experience preferred. Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities of the

Handle Specimens Work in 2nd Shift Mandatory requirements: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field. Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license.

Preferred requirements:

Previous laboratory experience in an academic or commercial environment is preferred.

Education/Certification:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field. Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license.
