You will leverage your technical expertise to ensure components meet high-quality standards, directly impacting the reliability and success of our engineering projects. Responsibilities Configure and prepare test setups, including the integration of specialized fixtures, instrumentation, and hardware modifications. Execute complex testing protocols using both automated computer-controlled systems and manual mechanical interfaces. Acquire, document, and analyze precise data points from digital and analog measurement equipment. Partner with engineering teams to provide actionable feedback, report on testing progress, and resolve technical discrepancies. Manage the full lifecycle of test environments, including teardown, equipment maintenance, and system resets to ensure operational readiness. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent certification. Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using power tools and metalworking machinery. Capability to perform physical tasks, including safely lifting up to 50 lbs. Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and resolve complex technical issues independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration. Preferred Skills Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience. Practical knowledge of refrigeration cycles and thermal transfer principles. Familiarity with electrical systems and basic PLC programming logic.
