Allegan MI Kelly Science and Clinical is currently recruiting for a qualified, full-time, contract QC Lab Assistant in the Allegan, Michigan area.

This position is slated to last 12-18 months.

Responsibilities:

Receiving and logging into samples as the enter the lab via a SAP system Dispersing the samples through the lab Performing checks in lab for inventory/quantities of reagents and chemicals Ensuring glassware is cleaned and ready for use by other lab personnel/chemists Utilizing industrial dishwashers for maintenance of glassware

Qualifications/Education/Skills:

HS diploma required; open to a college student pursuing a life science degree, such as chemistry or biology A scientific background is highly desirable as well as someone looking to pursue a career as a chemist or scientist in a laboratory setting. Basic laboratory etiquette

Pay :

$16/hr

Hours:

~20-25 hrs per week; Anticipated Mon

Thurs, 7AM
5PMEST
hours can vary and be flexible for possibility of evening or weekend hrs
