Qualifications Required Skills Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in a foundry or manufacturing quality role. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a production environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and team collaboration. Preferred Skills Prior experience working within AS9100 quality management systems. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
