About the Role As a Quality Assurance Laboratory Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our production processes by performing precise inspections and data analysis. Your work ensures that all materials meet rigorous quality standards, directly impacting the safety and reliability of our final products. Responsibilities Conduct thorough quality inspections using advanced gauge measurement tools to verify product specifications. Analyze data and interpret technical diagrams to identify variables and ensure standardized output. Maintain detailed documentation and generate routine reports regarding quality findings and process adherence. Operate power equipment safely while adhering to established foundry-specific protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and communicate findings effectively. Utilize business software to track metrics, ratios, and percentages to support continuous improvement. Uphold a safe and efficient work environment by consistently following operational instructions. Qualifications Required Skills Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in a foundry or manufacturing quality role. Proficiency in precision measurement, visual inspection aids, and gauge calibration. Strong mathematical aptitude for calculating rates, ratios, and percentages. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a production environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and team collaboration. Preferred Skills Prior experience working within AS9100 quality management systems. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A commitment to professional growth and a positive, team-oriented work ethic.
