Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join a growing laboratory team. This role is responsible for preparing samples, conducting routine laboratory testing, documenting results, and supporting quality control activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Prepare samples, materials, and test panels for laboratory evaluations. Perform routine laboratory testing according to established procedures. Accurately record and document testing results. Operate laboratory equipment and instruments safely and efficiently. Assist with product evaluations, quality testing, and data collection. Follow all laboratory safety procedures and company policies. Clean, organize, and maintain laboratory work areas and equipment. Label, store, and dispose of materials according to established guidelines. Communicate test results and observations with laboratory personnel. Support additional laboratory projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or another science-related field preferred. Previous laboratory, manufacturing, quality control, or testing experience is preferred. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
